Miss Nellie
Miss Nellie is a singing lecturer and musical director working both professionally in the industry, and in Higher Education settings, training the next generation of performers. Specialising in the Estill pedagogy, Miss Nellie has previously held lecturing posts on the BA(Hons) Professional Dance and Musical Theatre course at Bird College, BA(Hons) Musical Theatre and Dance course at Performers College Birmingham, and is presently Head of Second Year on the BA(Hons) Musical Theatre Performance course at Creative Academy. Pre-professionally, Miss Nellie has taught for All England Dance competition teams leading her students to National Finals, and also teaches privately at Laine Theatre Arts Academy. Miss Nellie is currently training for her certification in manual vocal massage therapy, with the Voice Care Centre, alongside her studies to complete Level 6 Music Teaching in Education. Each Christmas, she returns to Cambridge for her residency as Musical Director with KD Theatre Productions. As we go into our 2026-27 academic annum, Miss Nellie wishes everyone another fantastic year of learning!

Miss Bliss
Miss Bliss has had a huge love for performing ever since she was a little girl and has recently graduated with a BA Hons degree in Musical Theatre. She trained at Performance Preparation Academy (PPA), on their 3 year degree course, after studying on their 1 year foundation course. Since graduating, Miss Bliss has gained lots of teaching experience by working with little performers from the age of 2-16. Miss Bliss loves working with children and seeing her own passion for the industry be replicated by themselves. She has been developing additional skills since becoming a recent graduate to widen her future prospects & is therefore very excited to be a part of The Music Training Exchange.

Miss Ellie
Miss Ellie recently graduated from the BA (Hons) Actor Musicianship course at Rose Bruford College, appearing in shows including Alice by Heart and Romeo & Juliet. She plays the clarinet, saxophone and piano in addition to singing. Ellie gigs regularly and was previously the Assistant Director of the Musical Theatre program at a summer camp in America! Ellie also holds her Grade 8 ABRSM in singing and Grade 8 LCME in Musical Theatre. Ellie is extremely excited to be joining the MTE, and looks forward to guiding and nurturing students’ growth and sharing her passion for music and performance!

Mr Nic
Mr Nic is a music artist and songwriter signed to Sony & AMG in the US. He has worked as a writer for the publishing company D.W.B. writing and working for well known artists in Europe, such as Emily J, B4n4n4 G4ng, Andrei Zevakin, Roberta Bruzzone, Emanuele Picozzi etc. Through his label he has performed for UNESCO and is currently working on new music with Grammy Nominated and Grammy Winning Songwriters through Golden Mile Management. Prior to this Mr Nic worked in Music Theatre and YouTube, creating the show ‘West End Misfits’ which was regularly played at The Arts Theatre, The Other Palace and The Zedel before the Covid-19 Pandemic. He founded the Acappella group, ‘Belt Up’ , who were featured on the Sky One series ‘Sing: Ultimate Acappella’ and went on to regularly perform in the West End, and were eventually signed to the German record label Parrandera Records in 2018.

Miss Tiara
Miss Tiara is a classically trained pianist and singer who graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Music Performance (Classical Piano) from the University of West London, also holding a Diploma in Music Performance in Piano. Originally from Sri Lanka, she moved to the UK to pursue advanced musical studies and is dedicated to sharing her expertise with young people. Miss Tiara currently sings as a first soprano with The Bach Choir and has volunteered with Vocalise, a programme bringing high‑quality choral experiences into UK schools. Miss Tiara previously taught at Whyteleafe Performing Arts Academy and has experience as a music educator in Sri Lanka, preparing students for TCL and ABRSM piano and theory examinations, alongside leisure learning in singing, flute and ukulele. She enjoys arranging music for chamber groups and choirs and creating engaging, supportive lessons that nurture confident, expressive musicians.

Miss Jess
Miss Jess is an actor-musician, singer, and director who trained on the BA Actor-Musician degree at Guildford School of Acting. Originally from Yorkshire, her love of music began young, playing in various Jazz and National ensembles competing all over the country. She has now developed her craft into playing a versatile range of instruments including Flute, Piccolo, Saxophone, and Piano.
Recent credits include Original Flautist in new musical 'MOST NOTORIOUS' (The Bedford and on Spotify), Assistant Director on 'THE CHRISTMAS LOBSTER' (Farnham Maltings), Director on 'GRIEF, GRINS, AND GUITAR STRINGS' (Camden Fringe).
Miss Jess is incredibly excited to be offering lessons to MTE students, and can't wait to share her passion with the next generation of musicians. Whether you have never touched an instrument before, or are simply wanting to brush up some of your skills, she believes in a fun and engaging approach to teaching!

Miss Leah
Leah trained in all three disciplines of Musical Theatre at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts, where she graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Musical Theatre. During her training, she performed in numerous shows and concerts across central London. Since graduating, she has delved into the world of teaching and is passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to discover their voice, develop new skills, and learn in an energetic and fun environment.

Miss Erin is a Musical Theatre graduate from Laine Theatre Arts who is passionate about helping children grow in confidence through singing and performance. Having trained from a young age herself, she understands the importance of creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable and motivated. Miss Erin has recently performed in her first professional pantomime and continues to work in the industry alongside teaching. Miss Erin enjoys passing on her love for the arts, encouraging children to explore their creativity and express themselves with confidence.
